Advanced Workflow Automation: Introducing Custom Schedules for Recurring Jobs

We are excited to announce the launch of one of the most requested features — the ability to add custom schedule rules to recurring Jobs. You can now schedule Jobs to recur at whatever frequency you want: on the 25th of every 4 months, bi-monthly, every Tuesday, the last day of each month and many more.

How do Custom Schedules work?

Custom Schedules allow you to set up recurring Job schedules, depending on the filing frequency of the services you deliver. 

You can create a custom schedule for the whole pipeline depending on the services you offer and the required frequency. For example, create Jobs every last day of each month instead of having to choose only fixed dates — 30th of every month.

You can create a single pipeline with a number of custom schedules. For example, for Payroll clients. This means that whatever frequency of filing they need, you can manage their jobs and track their progress within one pipeline.

Note: one account can have only one frequency in one pipeline.

Custom Schedules add extra flexibility and customization to your workflow. You get an option to specify the date, day of the week or month the schedule will recur. Feel free to add custom schedules to your existing accounts in existing pipelines — they’ll start working right away!

What’s next?

We are working on a Calendar View option – you and your team members will be able to see tasks and Job due dates in a single calendar view and prioritize their work accordingly.
