You can now set individual recurrence schedules within the same pipeline. This allows you to get rid of excess pipelines and view your work in one place.
For example, you can have all Payroll or Bookkeeping clients in one pipeline with different recurrence schedules (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc) and keep track of their progress at a glance. Additionally, each job recurrence can now utilize unique Job templates & have unique Job assignees. In addition, you can customize assignees for different jobs even if you are using job templates.
How do Individual schedules work?
Individual schedules are additional customization to your pipeline and job templates. They help you create a more flexible workflow depending on your client needs. For example:
- Gather all clients with weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payrolls in a single pipeline to manage the process more effectively.
- Have Jobs recur with different job templates within one pipeline: e.g. apply a job template for bi-weekly Payroll only to jobs that are repeated bi-weekly and a separate job template for other jobs.
- Assign different team members to jobs with different schedules: e.g. Bob is assigned to all weekly Payrolls and Judith — to all monthly Payrolls.
Managing individual schedules in existing pipelines
If you want to change recurrence schedule settings, click the ‘Manage Schedule’ button and change the settings via three dots > schedule settings. This works both individually and in bulk.
Note that if you bulk move jobs from another pipeline, these jobs won’t be repeated until you add client accounts to the schedule.
