Since 2017, TaxDome has offered a single pricing plan: $50 per months. We’ve continued to grow and the product continued to expand, yet the price has always remained the same. Reading this introduction, you’re probably concerned that we’re raising the price. Quite the opposite, we’re here to announce a new $25 per month option. Say hello to TaxDome Lite.

What’s TaxDome Lite?

TaxDome Lite is a CRM with client portal & mobile app that supports  document exchange, mobile scanning, e-signatures, and secure client communication.  

For $25 per month, you can have unlimited communication with an unlimited number of clients, unlimited document storage, and unlimited e-signatures. Automated reminders, client tasks, and mobile scanning are all included, as well. For firms, this includes the TaxDome Drive: a place to streamline your documents and access client files directly from your Windows Explorer or Mac Finder without ever opening a browser. You can also continue to print from any Tax Software directly into TaxDome, with our Windows & MacOS desktop apps – two clicks and done.

TaxDome Lite is a simplified, more affordable accounting-specific alternative to SmartVault or Dropbox, equipped with a mobile-friendly client portal & mobile app, e-signatures, and CRM to boot.

TaxDome Lite includes one license — it’s the perfect plan for you if you are a solo practitioner. As you grow, you will require automation and collaboration with teammates at your practice– at which point TaxDome Pro will make your life easier.

What does it mean for me as a current TaxDome client?

Nothing, except your subscription will now be called TaxDome Pro —  all of you who use workflows, automations, contracts, conditional forms, etc. you are  all pros! 

While other firms are raising prices, your price will remain the same even as we release new features such as recurring billing, advanced reporting, signature templates and so much more. 

Please note that there’s no option to downgrade from your current subscription to TaxDome Lite.
