This release is all about your requests. One of the most requested features has been the ability to integrate a scheduler into TaxDome – with this release you can integrate Calendly, Acuity and more directly into your client portal.
We’re also excited to release signature templates, allowing you to reduce admin work and focus on billable hours, just when you need it most. You can now template commonly requested forms (i.e 8879, 8821, 2848) and request signatures in seconds, without needing to manually drag fields. Additionally, we’ve made updates to the Firm mobile app, improved organizers UI for firms and have begun a big project for a robust reporting system. The first step is persistent filters, a highly requested update. We’ll continue to add new reporting features in Q1.
👨👩👧👧 Client Portal
Integration with Schedulers
You now have the ability to integrate TaxDome with Calendly, Acuity, Youcanbookme and Schedulista. In your client portal clients will see a new quick button — ‘Book appointment’ — and be able to book a time slot with your team directly from your client portal.
📝 Document management
Signature templates give you the ability to request e-signatures 2x faster. Create templates for 8879, 8821, 2848 and more – instead of manually adding fields (signature, initials, date, free text entry, etc) – you can apply a template, saving you time and reducing clicks.
Organizers: new interface for firms
When you view client answers in organizers — they are now highlighted and easier to differentiate, including questions that were not answered.
You can now print organizers or save as PDF directly from TaxDome.
Coming soon, you will be able to request e-signatures through the Windows desktop app.
🤖 Workflow Automation
Move jobs between pipelines
You can now move Jobs between pipelines while retaining context.
For example, a bookkeeping lead becomes a client, you can move the Job from the lead pipeline to the bookkeeping pipeline keeping linked documents, messages, time entries and contracts in place.
Coming soon: you will be able to set individual job schedules for accounts. This will allow you to keep clients with different schedules within one pipeline: e.g. weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payrolls all together.
You can now invoice clients faster by creating and reusing templates for one-off invoices.
- You now have the ability to filter a list of Jobs by Overdue status. More>>
- We implemented a search bar under the Archived Jobs tab for easier searching of Jobs across multiple parameters: name, stage, pipeline, date added, date archived.
Firm Mobile App: edit data on the go
You can now edit contacts and account information right in the mobile app. This includes first, middle and last names, phone numbers, company names, addresses, etc. Additionally, you can edit your personal info, add and edit avatars for you and your clients.
Windows Desktop App
🧑🤝🧑 Team Management
