Tasks – delegate work with ease

As your business grows it becomes impossible to handle all of the tasks on your own. We know how important it is to delegate your work and always stay on top of what tasks require your attention. That’s why we’ve created Tasks – easy to use tool that helps you keep your work on the track and your team involved. You can create the tasks for yourself or for your team members, easily track or change the status and be up to date what people are working on.

Tasks

Tasks could be created and managed throughout all our system. You may assign a task to one or several team members. When you assign someone to a task, the task is automatically shared with that person. You can specify the start and due dates and select status.

There are three ways of tasks managing:

  • From the client’s profile. Here, you can explore all tasks related to the specified client
  • From the Dashboard. Here, you can see all tasks associated with your clients no matter who is responsible for the task.
  • From the Tasks section. This section is intended to help managing all tasks assigned to you (i.e. all the tasks that need your attention) as well as all the tasks that are assigned to all team members working on your clients along with you (Firm Tasks subtab).

Currency Settings – no more conversion!

TaxDome clients live in many countries and thus, use different currencies. From now on, you are not tied up to the US Dollar. The Firm member can select preferred currency during the firm registration. For now, we support the seven most popular world currencies.

Email Sync Settings in your profile – easy to set up, easy to stop/change

This month we launched a nice improvement to the Email Integration feature. Email Sync Settings are now available in your profile and could be accessed by clicking your name at the top left and selecting View Profile. Thus, if you need to change the email address to sync with TaxDome, you just need to click Stop Email Sync button in your user profile and then repeat the sync process again.

Firm’s logo in emails – more trust, more reliability

We know how difficult it is to win customer trust. To make your clients feel secure, we’ve changed all email templates they receive from TaxDome. Client’s emails now show your firm’s logo, not TaxDome’s one.
