Non-Personal User Profiles – create accounts for organizations
You asked us, we did. Some firms are dealing with organizations rather than with individual clients. So the question was: how to add them to TaxDome? Now you can select Non-personal account type while adding a new client. How is it differing from a personal one? First, non-personal clients have another icon in their profile. Secondly, you have an option to enter an organization name as an Account Name. Credentials of a contact person could be entered as well.
Document History – users’ actions under the microscope
Have you ever wondered whether the client has already viewed the document? Meet the new Audit Trail feature! Thanks to it, you can always track what events took place with your uploaded files. From now on, no assumptions, just facts. Simply click Audit trail link in document viewer to find out when the user has uploaded, viewed, downloaded, signed, renamed, approved, disapproved the document, or opted out of electronic signature.
Improvements in tasks – faster, better, easier
Do you like task management as much as we do? Then, meet our improvements in tasks:
- No more ‘pencils’ in task editing. You can now make changes right off the bat on the Edit page.
- Changing the task status is even easier. Just hover the cursor over the status to change it instantly.
- No more unneeded information! Completed tasks are not shown on the Dashboard anymore.
- Track your tasks everywhere! TASKS column was added to the clients’ list showing the number of tasks.
Team Settings Relocation
The information on team members has got a new home. You can now manage your team from the Settings > Team & Plans.
Help Resources at Your Fingertips
All our pages now have the Help icon at the top right. Thus, if you are not sure how to use a feature, you can always check a corresponding article in our help center.
Linking Manual Payments to Bills
Does your client have existing credits in the system? You may now apply them easily while creating a bill. Simply select the new **Settle bill with client credits? ** check box. Thus, it makes easy to link manual payments to bills.
