Tax Organizer Improvements – commenting and adding files from TaxDome
Our tax organizer got better from all sides. Imagine you are reviewing a completed organizer and want to leave an internal note on a client response, just use internal commenting on client’s answers! Your comments are visible to the members of your team, but not for the client. They can be easily edited, expanded or deleted.
There are some improvements for the client’s organizer view, as well. When uploading files to the organizer, the client can append files that were uploaded to TaxDome before.
Folder Creation – look under the +New button
You probably are already using the +NEW button in the client’s profile for uploading documents, creating bills, tasks, and info requests. The good news is, you may now create folders anywhere from the client’s profile, too. No matter on what page you are, you can select folder destination (We prepared, Internal Only or Client Uploaded) and select the year the folder will belong to.
Improved managing of client uploaded
We know that sometimes it’s easier to do it on your own than to wait for the client. That’s why, from now on, you can not only upload files on behalf of the client but also edit them and move between folders.
Firm settings – fewer clicks, more productivity!
When you’re really busy, every extra click matters, wouldn’t you agree? So, there are no more ‘pencils’ in firm settings. You can now add and change contact details right off the bat on the Settings > Firm Profile page.
