QuickBooks integration – better together

Many of you are using QuickBooks accounting software to manage your books. To simplify and streamline the end-to-end flow of your accounting process, you can now link your TaxDome and QuickBooks accounts. Once it’s done you will see in your QuickBooks account the information about all payments made through TaxDome.

Here’s what is sent from TaxDome to QuickBooks:

• Payment details
• Details of the invoice paid by the payment
• Details of stripe fee for the credit card transaction
• Details of the customer who have made a payment

You can always quickly open any transaction sent to QuickBooks by using the QuickBooks link in Billings section.

Bulk Emails – personalized messaged for your clients

How are you notifying your clients of upcoming deadlines or updates from your firm? You don’t need to use paid third-party services anymore – simply send Free Personalized Bulk Emails right from TaxDome.

It’s easy to select the clients whom you want to send a notification. You may even use tags to filter the desired recipients. Then, personalize your emails to include the client’s name. The email will be sent from your own email account (that you have synced with TaxDome) and you can see it in the Sent box.

Upload files on behalf of the client & easily manage you file destinations

Do you have clients bring paper files to your office or mailing them in? Now you can digitize your cabinets by adding all clients’ files to TaxDome due to improved uploading process. Simply change files destination to Upload files on behalf of client, and they will be added to Client Uploaded folder.

Moreover, there’s no need to navigate to a certain folder to upload files to the desired destination. You can access +New > Document button anywhere from the client’s profile, then choose where to upload – Client Uploaded, We Prepared, or Source folders.

Windows App – one more way of uploading your files to TaxDome

Meet our brand new Windows App! Now, you don’t need to open your browser to upload your documents to TaxDome. TaxDome Windows App is as simple as that. It allows to quickly upload your prepared documents or internal only source files for the selected clients. So don’t wait anymore – download the app from the Settings page of your TaxDome account.

Sidebar redesign – new search, more space

Did you see our new sidebar? We’re sure you’ll like it because it really shines. First, there is a handy search box at the top. You can use it to quickly find your clients and team members. Then, it now includes the firm logo and user info. Thus, there is more space for your documents, billing, clients on the main screen.
