Meet Emma McDermott, experienced tax consultant and owner of Global Tax Consulting, a UK-based firm specializing in personal tax advisory services for expats, digital nomads, and retirees living abroad.

I found TaxDome to be extremely responsive. So typically, when I’ve engaged with human support at TaxDome, they’ve responded within two hours… They’re very prompt and responsive to answer my questions.
For many firms, onboarding clients after switching software can be a daunting process. Emma’s experience was the opposite with TaxDome:
“The onboarding experience, certainly for our client’s perspective, has been really successful. You essentially send the client some details to log onto the portal and then the actions are set up for the client. So the engagement letter is ready to sign, the information request is ready for the client to complete. It makes a good experience for the firm, but also for the client too because everything’s really straightforward, and it’s not time-consuming.”
