Just like following the journey of an online purchase, your clients will now be able to monitor job progress in their web portals & mobile apps (available on iOS and Android). For each job, you can choose whether or not you wish the client to see the status. When enabled, a visual dashboard with statuses appears directly in the client portal, providing real-time status updates at their fingertips.

Each active job will have its own status card displaying the current stage, title, and any additional details you want to share. Think of it as a behind-the-scenes peek into your firm’s processes while ensuring your firm has full control over all content.

You can set client-facing job statuses to automatically update when jobs enter new stages through workflow automation. As jobs progress through your workflow (pipeline), client-facing statuses can:

  • Update status content as described above
  • Appear or be hidden in the portal

For example, as a job moves from ‘In progress’ to ‘Missing information’ — what the client sees can automatically change, reflecting the updated status. After you get the information you need and the job progresses, the client-facing job status can update again — all through automation.
