At TaxDome, we’re always looking for ways to make things easier for both you and your clients. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our latest update to e-signatures that will make document signing faster, easier, and more convenient than ever before: no-login e-signatures.
With no-login signatures enabled, your clients can access the e-signature page via a direct link in their email without having to log in to their accounts. By default, all signatures require login, but you can choose which login option you prefer for your firm in your settings.
Why we introduced no-login e-signatures
We’ve all been there — clients forget their login details or get stuck navigating through account setups just to sign a document. This hassle not only frustrates clients but also slows down the process, leading to unnecessary delays.
Now, clients can receive a link directly from you through email and sign documents instantly without logging in. This streamlined process eliminates obstacles and speeds up document completion, ensuring that no step in your workflow is unnecessarily delayed.
You can even utilize this feature when requesting e-signatures from people who aren’t yet using the TaxDome portal, as we’ve enabled the ability to add guest signers to any document.
Software providers such as Docusign and PandaDoc offer guest signing options because of their convenience in a number of use cases. Married couples who share the same email address and attorneys who need to sign documents can now do so easily without any authorization needed.
TaxDome takes this all a step further by offering you this convenient option without needing additional software — it’s all right there in one platform!

How to use no-login e-signatures in TaxDome
By default, login is required to sign a document, but you can easily change that by following these steps:
- Go to Settings in your firm portal
- Choose Firm settings
- Deselect Require login for e-signature
It’s as simple as 1, 2, 3.
