Pipeline Set Up Redesign

Pipeline Set Up Redesign

Automation, automation, automation: the last 6 months in TaxDome have been dedicated to automations. We’re striving to automate your accounting processes better. Today we’re happy to announce that we’ve redesigned the Pipelines settings redesign.

UX changes are always hard to deal with, but we wanted to give you a more flexible way to set up and edit your pipelines. As we head to a fully automated workflow for accounting teams in 2021, and this is a significant step toward this goal.

The new look of Pipeline settings.

Let’s dive in to the changes.

What’s new in Pipelines

We’ve recreated the pipeline editor, making building and editing pipelines easier. We’ve also added visual cues to easily see which stages have automations.

Simply drag and drop stages to change their order.

Inside each stage you need fewer clicks to add or delete automations. And you have an overview of all stages and automations in place — no extra clicks required.

It takes just a few minutes to adjust a pipeline to your firm’s workflow.

Save time & ensure foolproof process with automations

We successfully automated 7 of your routine actions: applying tags and folder templates, creating tasks and organizers, sending contracts, emails, client tasks and messages. These all allow you to fully automate your onboarding process.

Some of your peers were among the first to incorporate it in their workflows. See how Boundless Tax automated their lead capturing process.
