Multiple Logins – Add and Remove Users for Accessing Client Profile
Some accounts need to be managed by several persons. However, you don’t need to share logins anymore – we now support multiple logins. Your spouse, business partner, or any other relevant party can now have their own login to your account, should you choose to do so. So, increased security, enhanced ease of use.
Recent Clients – Search Even Faster!
Less searching – more productivity! We automatically show you the last five clients you worked on when clicking the New+ button or using quick search.
Need to send client docs to a mortgage banker, lawyer or any other third party? It’s now much easier to send multiple files to them. Just select as many docs as you need and share them with just two clicks. You can even set an expiration date for the shared files after which they won’t be able to access them. This feature is also available for your clients.
QuickBooks Manual Sync – It’s All About Accuracy
We want to be sure that your TD billing data is always synced with QuickBooks. If we can’t match your TaxDome and QuickBooks clients automatically, we’ll now give you the option to do it manually. After you do it once, we’ll remember it and you won’t have to worry about this client again.
Attach Existing Docs to Info Requests
We just made an important upgrade to the Info Requests feature. You can now attach files that were previously uploaded to TaxDome (whereas before you had to upload on the spot).
