Client Portal Redesigned with To-do List

The client portal homepage now features an easy to read to-do list for your clients to accomplish. The to-do’s include pending signatures, messages, pending contracts, unpaid bills, unread documents, etc. The links take them directly where they need to go to accomplish the task.

TaxDome’s Client Portal is one of the most convenient and user-friendly on the market. 86% of firms on TaxDome say they and their clients are happy with it. But no time to rest on our laurels. Our changes and improvements are driven by user testing & feedback as we continue to iterate and improve.

We’re proud to introduce the redesigned Client Portal.

What’s changed?

When your clients log on to their client portal, they now see a sorted to-do list of what they need to accomplish. We have removed the 4 panel dashboard and focused on the core functionality: make it as easy as possible for your clients to accomplish what you need them to do.

We have added useful improvements: quick links to upload files, send messages, or make payments. On desktop, these are always visible on the dashboard. On the mobile app, there are two tabs: To-do & the name of your firm. Within the second tab, your clients can see their payment balance as well as your contact and social media information. 

Why is it better?

The redesigned homepage will make it as easy as possible for your clients to accomplish what you need them to do.
