TaxDome at Accountex Manchester: how we use client feedback to perfect our service

TaxDome UK exhibited for the second time at Accountex Manchester, where we were able to showcase our updates and changes to the platform. 

We recently updated our proposal platform to include an introduction and pricing plans, resulting in a more organized layout. This update helps accountants set clear expectations for clients. It is also a vital part of the onboarding process. 

The event yet again was a success, with 2,781 attendees who wanted to hear all about the industry updates and market changes.

For the UK market, we are working on the Companies House, and we were excited to showcase our current templates and layout, offering a glimpse of what’s to come.

Since our software is built on a foundation of client feedback and experience, this event was the best opportunity to meet accountants and hear their feedback. We use that feedback to ensure that our software can accommodate our clients’ processes. 

With 100 software vendors exhibiting and 8 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points on offer, the event was jam-packed with attendees. What the TaxDome team enjoyed the most was meeting clients whom we’ve been able to help.

What onboarding tips do we recommend?

During your trial, we recommend setting yourself up as a test client. This way, you’ll see how different elements and automation appear from the client’s perspective. This also enables you to confirm whether you have set up your workflow efficiently, ensuring that automations are being triggered when expected. 

We also recommend that you go to our template library and copy over some pipeline templates to help get you started on your automation. This will give you a great starting point for working on your own customizable processes and who knows, you may even get some inspiration from our listed templates!
